Delivery Method, Refund and Return Policy
We accept online payments from the following banks: Affin Bank, Alliance, Ambank, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, Bank Simpanan Nasional, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong, HSBC, Kuwait Finance House, Maybank, Muamalat, OCBC, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB.
DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING
We work with MAIL BOXES ETC. who works with multiple establish courier companies including Poslaju, GDEX, FedEx, DHL, TNT, Ninja Van, City-link Express, Aramex and Ups. Orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 working days after orders have been received. It would takes 2 - 3 working days to deliver to West Malaysia and 3 - 7 working days to East Malaysia.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
As much as we want to achieve zero return rate in all effort which is a win-win situation, we do still accept product returns under certain circumstances such as defective or faulty, wrong items delivered or change of mind.
However, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for unpacked products unless, it is defective or faulty by nature (during delivery) or wrong items delivered. Product returned must be accompanied with invoice or receipt and it must be in the same packaging as you received (eg, bubble wrap, transparent plastic bag and etc) except courier flyer. You have to bear for the return shipping cost. You may return your items within 7 calendar days from the date you received the item. You may choose between an exchange or refund for the returned item.
Refunds would take a processing time of 1 - 2 working days after returned products have been received. Refunds processing time from bank would be 5 - 14 days. Refund method will be through iPay88 reversal refund.
Exchange can be made after returned products have been received by us. Exchange products are subject to availability. Please contact customer care before you request for exchange.
